Production volumes are increasing

VMPAUTO modernized the workshops for production of mastics for tunnel boring complexes. In February 2021 new mixers for highly viscous mastics were put into operation. Each machine allows producing up to 1 ton of the product per shift, which is 30% more than mixers of the previous generation.
Machines are equipped with speed control modules. They allow selecting optimal mixing models depending on raw materials features. Modernization is related to the increased demand for tunneling materials among our partners.
Since 2006 more than 150 km of tunnels in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Iran, Australia, and Turkey have been bored using our products.
