VMPAUTO and Lubcon Limited recently participated in the prestigious West Africa Automotive Show, one of the largest automotive events on the African continent. The exhibition gathered over 5,000 professional visitors and more than 300 international exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in the automotive industry.
On this occasion, we presented our unique engine decarbonisation solution, designed to address one of the main challenges of the African market: the heavy accumulation of carbon deposits and sludge in engines.
Our Resurs Deep Clean Engine technology generated strong interest within the Nigerian automotive community. The local vehicle fleet is largely composed of imported cars that arrive already affected by significant engine carbonisation. Our complete decarbonisation ecosystem — cleaning of the oil system, combustion chamber, followed by a preventive anti-friction treatment — immediately proved highly relevant to industry professionals.
We left the exhibition with a stronger conviction: a good product is, above all, one that provides real answers to real-world challenges.
Following the exhibition, we continued our journey by meeting key players in the Nigerian automotive market, including companies operating large vehicle fleets in the logistics and transport sectors, as well as government organisations. We also visited several mechanical villages and specialised workshops, which are essential hubs for local vehicle maintenance.
Our goal was simple: to demonstrate that promises matter, but real-world results matter even more.
We carried out tests on various types of vehicles, consistently observing the same result: visible dissolution and removal of carbon deposits and sludge from the engine. These tests confirmed the effectiveness of our technology both for large fleet operators and independent repair workshops.
One of the most memorable moments of the trip was a test performed on a Toyota Highlander with 93,000 km on the odometer, which displayed a “check engine” warning light on the dashboard. We applied our full treatment protocol: Foam Combustion Chamber Cleaner, followed by Deep Oil System Cleaner, and finally the addition of Resurs Next Remetalizer.
After the treatment, the engine warning light disappeared, and the vehicle owner expressed strong surprise at the noticeable revitalisation of the engine, highlighting improved smoothness, responsiveness, and overall driving performance. This result clearly illustrates the effectiveness of our technology under real operating conditions.
This experience in Nigeria further strengthened our conviction: our technology remains at the cutting edge because it is designed for real-world conditions. A product is not judged by its name, but by its results. And those results must account for real challenges such as fuel quality, climate conditions, road infrastructure, traffic congestion, and vehicle age.
